Diakonie Neuendettelsau – Cnopf’sche Kinderklinik Nürnberg
The Diakonie Neuendettelsau – Cnopf’sche Kinderklinik Nürnberg is one of the most traditional clinics for children and adolescents in Germany and is located in the metropolitan area of Nuremberg, Fuerth and Erlangen. The hospital has a long history of collaboration for improving patient care in the field of neonatal treatment with the Project Coordinator UKER and has now joined the CloSed study as a new recruiting site.
The Department of Neonatology (NICU) has 28 intensive care beds and offers new and premature infants treatment at the highest level of medical care in Germany. The same applies to critically ill children and adolescents, who are treated at the specialised Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
